‘Kitchen in motion’ is the result a rigid idea to simplify the art of cooking while at the same time offering a whole new concept of socialising in one of the most important areas of housing.
Instead of moving chairs and sitting down/standing up the user finds oneself in a dynamic situation where different actions are in a fluid movement. Space saving seatings can be drawn out and hidden by a single push.
The oval design enables a improved field of sight which leads to a more vibrant communication with friends and family due to a better recognition around the kitchen island.
